MOONAH

A new home for a family that has grown out of their current house.

With a limited budget in mind, efficiency of spatial planning was a priority. It was essential to have break out spaces for the kids and the adults with a generous outdoor entertaining area.  Internally the spaces were to have nice volumes – achieved through higher then standard ceiling heights and light penetrating in from clerestory windows.
