HOBART

This project is an exciting redevelopment of a 1950s inner city industrial building into a mixed use development for a well-established national building company.

Comprising of office spaces and street front tenancies the brief called for 10% local flavour, which was created through the use of local speciality timbers and a strong visual connection to the “The Mountain” (Kunanyi) and 90% corporate design guidelines.
