Commercial – Mixed use development

The Architects brief for this Commercial development in Moonah – Tasmania, was to provide accommodation for a mixed use development comprising of an office space and warehouse. The building is to be used as a base for monitoring and research.

Challenges overcome by the architects in the design process include a tight budget and compressed timeline for approvals. It was important for the end product to be high quality architecture and easily constructed.

Ensuring compliance with the Glenorchy interim Planning Scheme was an integral component of the early phase of Design Development.
