BATTERY POINT

Residential Extension

This design called for sensitivity to the heritage streetscape whilst making the plan work for a retiring couple.

The existing cottage required extensive renovation and restoration with the extension sited sensitively towards the rear of the property, focusing around new family spaces that are light and contemporary.
